BUT-TOCKS GAME WITH NIECE LANDS UNCLE IN HOT SOUP!

A man from Bulawayo’s Tshabalala suburb found himself on the wrong side of the law after he allegedly caressed his niece’s b-uttocks under the pretext of  playing a game!

The accused shocked the court when he said it was well-known that uncles can play such games with their nieces.

The accused, aged 26, was arrested on indecent assaults charges after he fondled his niece’s b-uttocks.

He was hauled before Wester Commonage Magistrate, Sibongile Msipa Marondedze and pleaded guilty to the charges.

The prosecutor told the court that on 29 August, the family retired to bed at around 8pm and the teenage complainant slept in the sitting room.

On the following morning, around 4am, the girl thought she was dreaming when she felt someone touching her all over her behind.

On opening her eyes, she was shocked to discover that it was actually her uncle abusing her.

She reportedly tried to scream, but the uncle closed her mouth with his hands and efforts to get help then became futile.

The uncle then continued ‘exploring’ her body and fondled her behind.

Fortunately, the girl was saved by nature, which forced the uncle to go and relieve himself in the toilet.

When he left for the toilet, the girl rushed to alert her brother who swiftly went to tell their neighbor what was happening.

Police were notified and the accused was taken into custody.

He pleaded guilty, citing that he was just playing a game with his niece and never meant any harm.

However the Magistrate slapped him with a $100 fine.
