President Goodluck Jonathan who was in Washington for the US-Africa Summit 2 weeks ago was pictured barefooted during a strategic meeting with his staff ahead of the Summit.

The pictures were uploaded on Twitter by Presidential Spokesperson, Reuben Abati. No reason was given for the President’s shoelessness, is this a campaign strategy or were his shoes simply uncomfortable?
